Is Molas Resort is located in Pula, just 30 km from Cagliari and its international airport, and for over 40 years has been the reference point in Sardinia and the Mediterranean basin for exclusive tourism and international golf.
The current resort consists of a 4-star hotel and a clubhouse serving the 27-hole golf course and other sports activities. Massimiliano Fuksas' expansion project involves the construction of a new residential area with luxury villas completely immersed and integrated into the native Mediterranean vegetation and the construction of a boutique hotel and a Spa.
The project for the residential area and the villas for sale
The plan for the residential area includes 9 islands populated by "inhabitable sculptures" designed by Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas.
The first island, built between the slopes of the mountain park and the golf course, contains 15 luxury villas available for sale and customisable.
Each residence has been designed and built in compliance with the rules of bio-architecture, mainly with locally produced materials of natural origin. The external vegetation consists of Mediterranean scrub and indigenous species such as myrtle, mastic, tree heath, strawberry tree and cork oak. The Is Molas Resort expansion project
The entire Is Molas Resort project will be enriched by a square with restaurants and boutiques, a luxurious Spa providing beauty and medical treatments, and a charming private beach club.
The golf system, in the new configuration designed by Gary Player, will include an additional 18-hole course and a new Clubhouse that will also serve the other common areas with tennis courts and fields for football, basketball, beach volleyball and a children's mini-club.
This is also the starting point for the route leading to the Bike Park, which covers about 120 hectares of property and then extends into the mountain park with various routes already marked out, which descend from the mountain towards the Gulf of Nora.
